Mediation

Mediation is the best method of resolving issues surrounding divorce without litigation. Litigation is stressful and expensive particularly since the outcome is always unknown. As a  Certified Family Financial Mediator I have assisted attorneys and clients all over Western North Carolina in resolving their domestic issues for more than ten years. And with twenty-five years of domestic law experience, I am well suited to assist clients with any family law issues including Equitable Distribution, Alimony and Spousal Support, and Custody and Child Support. I am also very happy to assist clients represented by counsel in prelitigation mediation as well.
